Demolition of a Circular Reinforced Concrete Water Tank
Project Overview
We have an existing circular reinforced concrete water tank that must be demolished and cleared from site.
Structure Details
* Type: Circular reinforced concrete tank
* Height: 20 m
* Diameter: 40 m
* Wall thickness: 0.40 m at te top, increasing gradually to 1.00 m at to the bottom
Assumptions
* The tank is currently out of service. It is assumed to be fully drained and cleaned, sull full access available, and no remaining water or sludge inside.
Location / Constraints
• The tank is located inside a port area, very close to the sea and near a quay/jetty (berth edge).
• Some taltrean aptional restrictions suth as:
• Controlled acces and security
• Working close to edge / marine exposure
• Environmental sensitivity (no debris/dust/slurry to sea)
Limited working space and coordination with ongoing port activities
