Defined scope
Inclusions, exclusions and assumptions are written into the quotation — never hidden in a single lump-sum line.
Method statements
Sequence, equipment and hold points documented and reviewed before mobilisation.
Inspection & handover
Checks recorded during the work and a close-out standard agreed with the client upfront.
Waste segregation
Concrete, steel and mixed waste separated on site to maximise recovery and recycling.
Dust & noise control
Suppression, extraction and working-hour controls planned around neighbours and live assets.
Responsible disposal
Material leaves site through approved routes with traceable waste documentation.
Risk assessment
Hazards identified per activity — structural, electrical, silica dust and working at height.
Exclusion zones
Controlled areas, permits to work and isolations in place before any removal begins.
Competent supervision
Trained operatives and site supervision on every shift, with toolbox talks on site.
The three-year audit cycle
Each certificate stays valid only while SWISS CERT’s annual surveillance audits are passed.
